Once I receive the shoes for an order, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be shipped out. This timeline may be shorter or slightly longer depending on the volume of orders I have at the moment. Please keep in mind, I run my business alone and take my time to make sure the quality of each custom is 100%.  If you have any questions, feel free to DM on Instagram or email.

Yes, each shoe is properly prepped and prepared to ensure that the custom shoes is durable. Please make sure that you are taking proper care of them to ensure longevity.

Yes, I provide the shoe for each product listed on my website.

BUT, if you have a NEW pair of AF1's already in your possession and want them customized, please contact me via DM on Instagram to arrange your order.

Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent to the email used when placing your order. Please expect your order to take 2-5 business days to be delivered. Any delays that occur after your order has been shipped out is out of my control. I appreciate your patience.

Since each order is custom and made to order, I do not accept returns for orders. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If there is any mishap or error in your order please contact me through my email: klutchcustoms1@gmail.com and allow me 2-3 days to respond and resolve the issue.
